This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of RelishOn, LLC, Inc. (referred to herein as “YelloCard,” “we,” “us,” or “our” as applicable  in connection with the information we collect about you, including through our websites, microsites, mobile versions of these website, and mobile applications that expressly adopt and display or link to this Privacy Policy ("Websites"), the official social media pages we operate ("Social Media Pages"), and our other communications with you, including but not limited to our communications with you via phone, text message and email. Information We Collect

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

  • Job Applications: If you apply for employment, we have access to the content you provide such as your resume, cover letter, and any information contained therein.

  • Inferences: We may use any of the above information to draw inferences from these categories of information such as consumer preferences, behavior, and characteristics.

  • Other information that we collect or you provide, such as when contacting us or through the course of visiting or using our Websites or otherwise interacting with us, including engaging with our Social Media Pages.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated below only. 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

We may combine the information that we collect to advance any of these purposes.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  • Google Remarketing: Our website uses a remarketing advertising service. Our remarketing service is provided by Google and other companies that show our ads on websites across the Internet. With remarketing you may see ads for our products you have previously looked at. As an example, suppose you visit a website that sells computers, but you do not buy a computer on your first visit to that website. The website’s owner might like to encourage you to revisit his/her website and buy a computer by showing you his/her ads again on other websites that you visit. We use remarketing for similar purposes. For this to happen, Google will read a cookie that is already in your browser, or they place a cookie in your browser when you visit our website or other websites using remarketing. How Long We Keep Your Information

In some circumstances we may anonymize your information for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use such anonymized information indefinitely.

Our Websites are general audience websites and are not targeted to children less than 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store the information of children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information about a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information. Please contact us if you have reason to believe that we've collected information about a child under the age of 18 so that we can delete it.

You may request that we delete your Personal Data that we have collected directly from you. By using the YelloCard website (“Site”), you agree:

  1. that its content is only to be used as a guide and not rely on any implied representation or warranties that are not specifically stated in the Site

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the purchasing website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the

RelishOn, LLC. sells YelloCard (the “Product(s)”) from the Site to end-user customers who signed up for memberships to receive the Products  only for their own personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase Products for further distribution or resale or for any other commercial or business purpose.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

At this time, we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds on any opened YelloCard purchases. If something seems off with your order, please reach out within 30 days and we’ll review what’s going on and do our best to help you find a solution.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RelishOn, LLC harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall , be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
